It Was a Good Shoe Day

That's what my brother-in-law called it, as true as it is, it kinda made me cringe to put it that way. I have turned into quite the shoe-whore, but I don't like to think of myself that way because I don't obsess over shoes or pay a disgusting amount for them, but I do own a lot (the last count was around 40.) Well, we had planned out a list of estate and yard sales, but they were all poopy. The only thing I got was a vintage-looking skirt and a vintage 1940s hat. They are both cute, but I expected more with a city of 418,000 people. We hit up a chain of thrift stores called Thrift Town and between the two we went to I got four pairs of shoes and two blouses. I got a pair of grey oxford loafers, some cute rubber sandals, a pair of vintage dancing shoes, and some vintage looking, but they are actually more modern, lace up black oxfords. They all fit like a dream and are so comfortable! My sister is so jealous that I found them first, but I promised to share.
